If I told you I was scared of clowns would you believe me? It's true, I am not a fan. Well, that's probably not what you want to learn about me but it doesn't make it any less true.

My life has been blessed beyond measure. Truly, it has, but that's not to say it has been easy. I've been married to love of my life, Oliver for over 10 years now and we have two wonderful dogs. We both enjoy a slower pace of living, and in the past two years made the move to sunny Arizona.

I LOVE to say I am experienced in being perfectly imperfect. Learning as I go has been my way of life for as long as I can remember. The "normal" way of learning has not been my desired avenue. Being a dyslexic entrepreneur has had its challenges, yet I would not give it up for anything. Becoming a Certified Essential Oil Specialist, and trained in the Aromatouch Technique has been a few ways I have gained the knowledge to best support my clients. I also have a background of over ten years working with children. I have much respect for all the educational profession. All those years in the classroom, and in a school setting has set me up for truly loving the process of teaching. Now, I'm blessed to combine my love of teaching and providing dōTERRA Wellness and emotions coaching.

I'm the proud owner of Aligned Wellness LLC and enjoy teaming up with dōTERRA as a Wellness Advocate. Providing people with holistic wellness options that truly impact their lives for the better makes me so happy. People come to me for solutions, and I guide them to the answers.

Along side that I have become a certified Essential Emotions Coach. Coaching mostly women and a few men how to break free from the confines of their own inner emotional battles. I provide a space for them to process, release, and live more free. The joyfulness it brings my life knowing I am helping people in this way is truly immeasurable. When I was 6 years old I lost my mother to Ovarian Cancer. One of the hardest life events and losses I have experienced. At a young age I had also lost my one and only brother, Richard. Learning to live with such loss has taken me years of work to process and heal from. My journey in this life is far from over. Becoming a coach has been that missing piece of my life that I have finally found. The coaching process alone had 100% helped me heal parts of me that I thought were already healed. The picture of the rose is for my mother. She loved her rose garden, and I now have a profound love for them as well. Like a rose, each bloom is unique. Each petal is a one of a kind, like you and I. I find my mother's smile in these beautiful and fragrant gifts of the earth. I also believe with loss comes a gain of so many new doors being opened. We just have to keep an open heart and mind.
